The things that are different from the real Lacus and the Fake Lacus is that Mia Campbell has different expressions than Lacus, she wears a star clip on her head, she has a similar voice to Lacus's but it's not the same, she wears clothes that show too much, she doesn't know that Athrun's not Lacus's fiancee anymore and she has a different Haro than Pink-chan and her Haro is red and it can't speak proper english.
